MEWO is a Non-profit organization established in January 2022 by EETY studio (Emi Endo＋Yohei Tomooka), a designer duo based in Japan.
MEWO links the works of independent artists in and outside Japan with traditional crafts and local industries in Japan through our design, manufactures and sells products, and plans and holds exhibitions. Its mission is to contribute to the development of and raise awareness about both those artists and crafts/industries by creating goods that inspire people, rather than by encouraging consumption.

一般社団法人MEWO（メオ）は、EETY studioによって2022年1月に設立された非営利団体です。
MEWOは、国内外の独立したアーティストの作品と日本の伝統工芸・地域産業を私たちのデザインで繋ぎ、製品作りや販売、展覧会の企画・開催等を行います。消費行動を促すのではなく、人々を触発する物作りを行うことで、両者の進展と認知向上に寄与することをミッションとして掲げています。
