EETY studio
EETY [iːiːtiːwai] studio is a design studio by Emi Endo and Yohei Tomooka, founded in Berlin in 2018 and moved to Tokyo in 2021.They specialise in product design using techniques of craftspeople. Their designs are also characterised by the combination of these techniques with their own handwork.
Emi Endo:
Graduated from Department of Textile Design at Tama Art University.
2022- Part-time lecturer at Tama Art University, Department of Production Design, Textile Design Course.
2023 1st Japan–France Design Award — Winner (Organized by the Embassy of France in Japan and Manufactures nationales)
Yohei Tomooka:
Graduated from Department of Product Design at Tama Art University.
EETY Studio(イーイーティーワイスタジオ)は、遠藤絵美と友岡洋平によるデザインスタジオです。2018年にベルリンで設立され、2021年から東京に拠点を移し活動しています。
〈色彩・装飾〉と〈形状・構造〉を表裏一体として捉えたプロダクトを「テキスタイルプロダクト™」と定義し、工芸と工業の中間的なデザインを手がけています。

多摩美術大学生産デザイン学科テキスタイルデザイン専攻卒業。
2022年- 多摩美術大学生産デザイン学科テキスタイルデザイン専攻非常勤講師。
2023年 第1回 日仏デザインアワード（主催：在日フランス大使館、マニュファクチュール・ナショナル）受賞
友岡洋平：
多摩美術大学生産デザイン学科プロダクトデザイン専攻卒業。
MEWO
MEWO is a Non-profit organization established in January 2022 by EETY studio (Emi Endo＋Yohei Tomooka), a designer duo based in Japan. MEWO links the works of independent artists in and outside Japan with traditional crafts and local industries in Japan through our design, manufactures and sells products, and plans and holds exhibitions. Its mission is to contribute to the development of and raise awareness about both those artists and crafts/industries by creating goods that inspire people, rather than by encouraging consumption.

一般社団法人MEWO（メオ）は、EETY Studioによって2022年1月に設立された非営利団体です。国内外の独立したアーティストの作品と日本の伝統工芸・地域産業を私たちのデザインで繋ぎ、製品作りや販売、展覧会の企画・開催等を行います。消費行動を促すのではなく、人々を触発する物作りを行うことで、両者の進展と認知向上に寄与することをミッションとして掲げています。
